My coaching sessions optionally take place as part of a 55-minute walk . Exercise has been proven to improve brain function, reduce stress, and support creative thinking.

If a walk isn't the best option for you, perhaps because you'd like to take notes during the session or you don't live in Berlin, that's fine. I also offer coaching sessions online , by phone , or in person .
