As a psychologist and expert in childhood studies with more than 10 years of experience in education, I am deeply convinced:
Our upbringing as children leaves lasting imprints on our lives. Loving relationships and positive guidance during childhood form the basis for a healthy and meaningful life. Yet many parents find it difficult to make good decisions when faced with challenges. Why? Often, they lack knowledge or practical tools because their own childhood didn’t provide the support they needed at the time. This is completely natural - parenting is intricate, and we’re all learning as we go.
That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to coaching parents to empower families to raise their children with love, appreciation, and clear direction.
